Enterprise Agreement:

This agreement does not pass the BOOT test and it was approved back in 2012. This Fairwork legislation is crap!

Pay rates at Flat rates:

Voluntary Overtime? More like, "sign here so we do have to pay you actual overtime penalty rates."

6 F*(%@ month probationary period.

Voluntary Overtime is when the worker approaches the employer and seeks overtime. The employer 'kindly' allows that person first option of overtime if available in return that the worker accepts a lower rate of pay or in most cases ordinary time. This happens a lot in enterprise agreements where 'agreement flexibility' comes into play.

There usually is a form that both parties sign when agreeing to this. It has been around for a number of years in enterprise agreements. What worries me is that a new employee is intimidated into agreeing to voluntary overtime as a part of being accepted for employment. This means that when it comes to 12hr shifts 4 on 4 off, the employer does not pay overtime which occurs with this type of shift.
