Fair Work Australia records show this agreement was withdrawn prior to Fair Work Australia approval. FWA probably told Major Security Services that the agreement had a snow flake's hope in hell of being approved.

Ah! Working in Security where finding the real thief could be your employer. Now is the time to check your super account.

Major Security Services Pty Ltd ABN: 97 139 824 016 ACN 139 824 016 operating out of Greenmount WA 6056 filed with Fair Work Australia an Enterprise Agreement for Casual Workers on the 20 November 2009 Matter Number AG2009/18830.

Agreement: http://www.fwa.gov.au/documents/agreements_applications/AG2009_18830.pdf

This agreement is a vicious agreement which a good example of what should not pass the No Disadvantage Test. It disadvantages casual working conditions in a way which is criminal. Angry

It has a flat rate for casuals for the weekday and weekends of $19.50 per hour. On the 1 January 2010, Casual hourly rate for WA workers is Day $19.15, Night $22.50 Sat $26.85 and Sunday $34.52. Undecided

Read this agreement and know what so called 'employee representatives' are signing. They haven't got a clue. Smiley
