I've had it confirmed:

Under the new CPP07 training package there is no provision for separate training of 1G units, they will be incorporated into the 1A licence category.

I'd like to know how this affects guards that have the old PRS03 units without formal training in LP? Will everyone on current 1A & P1A have to do new units to catch up I wonder?

Whatever happens, we all know that it will be "user pays"  Roll Eyes

I have unconfirmed info that the NSW Police SIR will integrate the 1A and 1G licence around July 1st 2010 after a new P1 training package starts.  Can anyone comment on this?
