The only type of employee that Trev's Security - Trevssec Pty Ltd employs is a casual. This is unusual as the terms of the agreement suggest permanent work. There is not provision to increase the rates yearly in accordance with inflation.

Here are the aggregate rates for Level 1 in the agreement:

Casual     $29.00        $45.00


The current Level 1 pay scale per hour in the Security Services Industry Award 2010 is:

Night             Day            Sat              Sun              Pub Hol
$30.53        $26.01         $36.42         $46.82          $57.23

The aggregate casual flat rate for a 4 on 4 off  rotating day/night roster is $32.65 which takes in all allowances and penalties. 


So you can see there is a vast difference between the pay scales.
