PSS Labour Hire Pty Ltd

ABN 26 128 441 145

4/20 Stack Street, Fremantle, WA 6160

Enterprise Agreement: PSS Labour Hire Pty Ltd Enterprise Bargaining Agreement 2014

This agreement was approved by COMMISSIONER GREGORY MELBOURNE, 14 NOVEMBER 2014

The commissioner had some concerns about pay and conditions in the agreement. PSS Labour Hire Pty Ltd responded to rectify the pay and condition terms but the shift allowances and weekend penalty rates fall short of the award. Also the maximum number of hours in a shift is 14 which is against the Security Services Industry Award condition which prescribes a maximum number of hours in a shift to be 12 hrs.

If you are working or have worked for PSS Labour Hire Pty Ltd then check what you have been paid with what you should have been paid under the Security Services Award 2010. https://www.fwc.gov.au/documents/documents/modern_awards/award/MA000016/default....

Pay calculator is at: http://www.ausecurityworker.com/calculator.html

If you are working for PSS Labour Hire Pty Ltd , then if you have not been paid according to the SSIA rates, make a complaint to the Fair Work Ombudsman. See: http://www.fairwork.gov.au/How-we-will-help/How-we-help-you/help-resolving-workp...

You will receive a big windfall in the form of back pay, more than you will ever earn on the pokies. Cool See what others have gained. http://www.fairwork.gov.au/About-us/news-and-media-releases/2014-media-releases
