It appears that the managing director of Taylorm Operations Pty Ltd  trading as Taylorm Security is a Matt Taylor who had employment connections with a crowd control company named Nitro Security for which he worked between January 2000 – August 2010.

See: https://au.linkedin.com/pub/matt-taylor/51/a98/8b2

Nitro Security is a company named as having Comancheros bikie club connections in two newspaper articles:

He also worked as a Operations / Administration Manager for Ultimate Crowd Control September 2010 – April 2014 which has been connected with the Comancheros bikie club.

Register of Licence, Registration and Permit Holders

Private Security Act Victoria 2004

Private Security Newsletters

Private Security News and Events

ASIAL website

Taylorm Security - Leave Request Form

company site: http://crowd-controllers.com.au/useful-links/

Where is the Security Service Industry Award 2010?
Where is the http://paycheck.fwo.gov.au/PayCheckPlus.aspx

So guards know how much are they meant to be paid?

According to the NES a copy of the SSIA 2010 is meant to be easily accessible for employees.

They do Cash-in-Transit services as well. Where is the copy of the Transport (Cash in Transit) Award 2010? Link:
