This agreement was approved by COMMISSIONER GREGORY MELBOURNE, 20 FEBRUARY 2015

Commissioner Gregory required a number of important undertakings by 313 Business Group Pty Ltd Trading as 313 Security Services before approving this agreement. The first one is that a uniform deposit was not required by the employer. The second undertaking was that clause 3.2.5 was to have no effect. This clause tried to legalize the use of sham contracting.

The undertaking also included that no clause in the agreement meant that no employees were receive terms and conditions less that the Security Services Industry Award 2010
