You keep commenting on the posts that refer to Enterprise Agreements that are made in Australia even though you reside in the USA. I do not think you have any basis to claim that they are fair agreements.

The reason they are posted on this forum is that they are below the standard of pay and working conditions of the Security Services Industry Award 2010. These agreements were theoretically agreed between the employer and employee and then passed on the the Fair Work Commission for approval. Because the Fair Work Act 2009 was poorly written, employers have exploited the loopholes to gain so called worker approval and been approved by the FWC, which has become corrupted.

Commissioner Gregory approved this agreement with  undertakings that the schedule of pay rates be amended to reflect current casual rates. Overall this agreement sets out to defraud workers of entitlements which have not been addressed by Commissioner Gregory namely weekend penalty rates.
