CVEM Security Group Pty Ltd

ABN 16 602 700 587

Master Security Licence 000101399
Patrick James Fegan (Nominated Person)

U 7/ 8 Channel Rd Mayfield West NSW 2304

Enterprise Agreement CVEM SECURITY GROUP PTY LTD/ MEDIA ENTERTAINMENT ARTS ALLIANCE (CASUA
L EMPLOYEES) ENTERPRISE AGREEMENT 2014 -2017

This agreement was approved by COMMISSIONER ROE MELBOURNE, 2 FEBRUARY 2015

The Media Entertainment Arts Alliance is the union that brokered this agreement. As usual the MEAA conspired with the employer to present an enterprise agreement to the FWC which is below par. The FWC commissioner failed to pick up on the clauses which defrauded workers of their entitlements under the Security Services Industry Award 2010. This is apparent where a flat rate has been approved which is only equal to the casual rate for monday to friday 6 am to 6 pm without any compensation as to weekend and shift penalties.

If you are working or have worked for CVEM  Security  Group  Pty  Ltd  then check what you have been paid with what you should have been paid under the Security Services Award 2010. https://www.fwc.gov.au/documents/documents/modern_awards/award/MA000016/default....

Pay calculator is at: http://www.ausecurityworker.com/calculator.html

If you are working for CVEM  Security  Group  Pty  Ltd , then if you have not been paid according to the SSIA rates, make a complaint to the Fair Work Ombudsman. See: http://www.fairwork.gov.au/How-we-will-help/How-we-help-you/help-resolving-workp...

You will receive a big windfall in the form of back pay, more than you will ever earn on the pokies.  Cool See what others have gained. http://www.fairwork.gov.au/About-us/news-and-media-releases/2014-media-releases
